It is a free update, as they all should be but I can say with all honesty, I wish I would have been able to get the update before they pulled it down. I was bummed last night. I was letting my sick daughter finish her Blues Clues and just before I was going to DL the update, they pulled it. :'-(

Sony will set things right in no time flat. This is a great update and with so many not having issues, I am sure it was just a few bugs that needed attention.

Many devs patched their titles for rumble support when the DS3 was released. You can expect the same for trophies as it will certainly spike some sales in older games due to those buying the again just to get some more trophies. Trophies for some equal replay value so for devs, they equal more money in sales. Sure some will have not gotten rid of their original copy but some have and they may repurchase the games just for the trophies.

Get a copy of Battle Raper 2. Personally, I say they should have left out the silly jiggles and made a fight game for the more serious fight gamers.

If you don't like it, and it in no way changes the game play or gives anybody an advantage against another player, then by all means, don't buy it if you think it is too high priced. It's simple, vote with your wallet.

It shows some great games and I will assume that in the future they will add other titles. It helps me remember just how the PS3 offers some great titles and some great titles to come. SOme people must take these ads a bit too serious.

Unless you can find out who got the Gears swag bags and who did not. I am sure that MS will be hyping Gears2 up like a storm and would not put it past them to send out a few jolly swag bags for the key reviews.
Trust not the reviews, trust only the experience you have with the game. Rent it, play it and decide for yourself. That is my motto.

IMHO it is by far and wide the ONLY real arcade title on the PS3 that should be purchased first and foremost. Not saying any of the other titles should not get a look but if you do not already have this one then you are doing yourself a great disservice and need to drop the cash for this title. It is amazing to play and watch.
I for one say the game was ok at best even when released on the PC/PS3 six months ago. Yeah, I will say that the PC/PS3 version is by far superior due only in part to the user created content. If UT does not have UCC, then it is a dud IMHO.
I for one have never been unsatisfied with the controllers, both PS and Xbox so this is just amusing for me to see. Cool that somebody was able to make a controller to their liking. Nice work.
